We are a small concierge team in Tulum, founded by Virginia, working with local partners we have known for years.

We live here.
We’ve been in the Riviera Maya for more than 15 years: first in Playa del Carmen and on Cozumel, and for the last 6 as a concierge in Tulum.
When you plan with us, you get the people we work with every week: villa owners, chefs, captains, drivers and the teams at the clubs and restaurants. We only send you places we would send our own friends.
Virginia is originally from Monterrey and has called the Riviera Maya home for 15 years. She specialises in curating trips and bachelorette experiences, combining local knowledge with a habit of finding the best the region has to offer: personalised, seamless, and planned so that every getaway turns into a memory worth keeping.

How we work with you
Planning is free. Our partners pay us a commission, so you only pay for what you book.

We send a draft itinerary with villa options and prices. You change what you like.

Confirm and book
Nothing is booked until you say yes. You see who you pay and the cancellation terms for each booking.

Enjoy, we stay on call
While you are here, the same WhatsApp chat handles changes, late tables and rides home.
