FAQ
Before you message us
The questions we hear most. If yours isn’t here, just ask on WhatsApp.
Planning with us
Does it cost anything to plan with you?
No. Planning is free. Restaurants, clubs, villas and the other partners we book pay us a commission. You pay for what you book, and you see each price before you confirm. Tips for great service are always your choice.
Which areas do you cover?
Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cancún and the Riviera Maya in between: villas, boats, clubs, restaurants, parties, transfers and tours in all of them.
How far ahead should we start?
For high season (December to March) and festival dates, three to six months ahead. For the rest of the year, six to eight weeks is usually enough.
Can you get us into Zamna, Tehmplo or Day Zero?
Yes. Only selected concierges can book tickets and tables for these festivals, and we are one of them.
Have you seen the villas yourselves?
Yes. We visit every villa in person before we offer it, so there are no surprises when you arrive. Some villas are available only through us.
What if what we want isn’t listed?
Just ask. We organise custom experiences all the time, from skydiving and a sunrise balloon over Chichén Itzá to flowers for your wife’s birthday, delivered the same day.
Is anything booked before we agree?
No. You get a draft plan first. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Who do we talk to while we are in Tulum?
The same WhatsApp chat you planned in. Changes, late reservations and rides home go through it.
Celebrations
How far ahead should we start planning?
For high season (December to March), three to six months ahead. For the rest of the year, six to eight weeks is usually enough for villas; the best tables still go early.
Villa or hotel?
For groups, usually a villa: your own pool, space for decoration and private dinners, and it often costs less per person when split.
Can you plan ATVs or cenotes for the day after?
Yes. ATVs, cenotes and day trips fit well on the slower day. We book the tour and the driver.
Can you organise a surprise?
Yes. Tell us who to keep in the loop and we plan around the person being surprised.
Tell us your dates. We’ll plan the rest.
Who’s coming, when, and what you’re celebrating. For high season (December to March), start three to six months ahead.
