2. What we do
We are a concierge and trip-planning service in Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cancún and the Riviera Maya. We recommend and reserve services provided by independent third parties, such as villas, restaurants, beach clubs, nightclubs, festivals, boats, transport, car rental, private chefs and wellness professionals (“providers”).
Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, we act as an intermediary. Each provider is responsible for delivering its own service, and your contract for that service is with the provider under its own terms.
3. Planning is free
We do not charge you a fee for planning. Providers pay us a commission for bookings we make. This does not change what you pay for a booking unless we tell you otherwise before you confirm. Tips for good service are voluntary.
4. Quotes and bookings
- Our plans and quotes are proposals. Nothing is booked until you confirm in writing, for example on WhatsApp.
- Prices depend on availability, season and group size, and providers may change them until a booking is confirmed and, where required, paid.
- Before you confirm, we tell you the price, who you pay, how to pay and the provider’s cancellation terms.
- You are responsible for giving us accurate details (names, dates, number of guests, arrival times) and for checking your booking confirmations.
5. Payments
Depending on the booking, you pay the provider directly or pay us on the provider’s behalf. Many providers require a deposit to hold a reservation. We will never ask for card numbers or passwords over WhatsApp or email.

6. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the terms of each provider, which we share with you before you confirm. Some bookings, such as festival tickets, VIP tables in high season and some villas, are non-refundable. See our booking and cancellation policy.
7. Festival tickets and tables
Festival tickets and tables are subject to the organiser’s terms, including entry rules, age limits, dress codes and identity checks. Event dates, line-ups and venues are set by the organisers and may change.
8. Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of villas, venues, boats and vehicles, including house rules, capacity limits and safety instructions.
- Carry valid travel documents and, where needed, a valid driving licence and deposit for car, scooter or ATV rental.
- You are responsible for damage caused by you or your group to property or equipment of providers.
- Drink responsibly and respect local laws. Providers may refuse service to anyone who behaves unsafely.
9. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings for everyone in your group.
10. Liability
We choose providers with care and visit the villas we offer in person. However, providers are independent businesses, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays or the quality of their services, except where Mexican law says otherwise or where the loss is caused by our own negligence.
We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, hurricanes, sargassum, strikes, government measures, illness or changes made by event organisers.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Website content
Information and images on this website are for general guidance and may change. Some images are illustrative and do not show a specific villa, venue or event. Festival names and logos belong to their owners. Text, design and our own photos are ours and may not be copied without permission.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Quintana Roo, without prejudice to your right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you confirm a booking applies to that booking.
