Example plan

What a weekend can look like

Most groups are 6 to 14 friends, usually Thursday to Sunday. Every plan is built for your group; this is a starting point, not a package.

Thursday

  • Private transfer from Cancún airport
  • Welcome drinks and decoration at the villa
  • Private chef dinner at home

Friday

  • Yoga or massages at the villa
  • Beach club daybeds and lunch
  • VIP table, driver both ways

Saturday

  • Private catamaran with open bar
  • Dinner reservation for the group

How it works

From first message to your last night

Planning is free. Our partners pay us a commission, so you only pay for what you book.

  1. 01

    Send us a message

Dates, group size, what you are celebrating. A few lines on WhatsApp are enough.

  2. 02

    Get a first plan

We send a draft itinerary with villa options and prices. You change what you like.

  3. 03

    Confirm and book

Nothing is booked until you say yes. You see who you pay and the cancellation terms for each booking.

  4. 04

    Enjoy, we stay on call

While you are here, the same WhatsApp chat handles changes, late tables and rides home.

Who plans your trip

We live here.

We’ve been in the Riviera Maya for more than 15 years: first in Playa del Carmen and on Cozumel, and for the last 6 as a concierge in Tulum.

When you plan with us, you get the people we work with every week: villa owners, chefs, captains, drivers and the teams at the clubs and restaurants. We only send you places we would send our own friends.

Bon Vivant Tulum was founded in 2020 by Virginia Longoria.

Questions groups ask first

How far ahead should we start planning?

For high season (December to March), three to six months ahead. For the rest of the year, six to eight weeks is usually enough for villas; the best tables still go early.

Does it cost anything to plan with you?

No. Planning is free. Our partners pay us a commission. You pay for what you book, and you see each price before you confirm.

Villa or hotel?

For groups, usually a villa: your own pool, space for decoration and private dinners, and it often costs less per person when split.

Tell us your dates. We’ll plan the rest.

Who’s coming, when, and what you’re celebrating. For high season (December to March), start three to six months ahead.
