Villas in Tulum, chosen for your group
We only offer villas we have walked through ourselves, so what you see is what you get when you arrive. Some of them are not listed anywhere else: you can only book them through Bon Vivant. And we know which neighborhood suits your trip, from Aldea Zama and La Veleta to the jungle and the beach road.

What we arrange
- A shortlist of the best villas in the region for your group size and budget
- Every villa inspected in person before we offer it: no surprises on arrival
- Some villas available exclusively through Bon Vivant
- Booking and check-in coordination
- In-villa chef, bartender, decoration and massages on request
- Grocery stocking before you arrive
Available in Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Cancún. Planning is free; you see each price before anything is booked.

How it works
How booking works
Planning is free. Our partners pay us a commission, so you only pay for what you book.
- 01
Send us a message
Dates, group size, what you are celebrating. A few lines on WhatsApp are enough.
- 02
Get a first plan
We send a draft itinerary with villa options and prices. You change what you like.
- 03
Confirm and book
Nothing is booked until you say yes. You see who you pay and the cancellation terms for each booking.
- 04
Enjoy, we stay on call
While you are here, the same WhatsApp chat handles changes, late tables and rides home.
Services
Often booked together
Most groups combine a few of these. One chat handles all of them.

Private chefs & bartenders
Breakfast by the pool, a long dinner at the villa, a mezcal tasting. Menus built around your group.

Yachts & catamarans
A private boat day on the Caribbean with drinks, snorkeling and the timing worked out for you.

Beach clubs, restaurants & VIP tables
The tables worth booking and how early to book them. Reservations and rides both ways.

Festival tickets & tables
Tickets and tables for Zamna, Tehmplo and Day Zero. Not every concierge can book them.

Cenotes, ruins & day trips
Private tours at quieter hours, with a driver who waits for you.

Airport transfers & drivers
Pickup at Cancún or Tulum airport, and a driver for your nights out.
Tell us your dates. We’ll plan the rest.
Who’s coming, when, and what you’re celebrating. For high season (December to March), start three to six months ahead.
