Your concierge in Playa del Carmen
Before Tulum, we lived in Playa del Carmen, so we know it the way locals do. We plan villas, boat days, beach clubs, dinners and nights out here just as we do in Tulum.

Planning Playa del Carmen with locals
Playa del Carmen sits between Cancún and Tulum and has a different rhythm from both: a walkable town with beach clubs on the sand, restaurants and bars along Quinta Avenida, and the ferry to Cozumel a few steps from the beach.
It works well as a base for groups who want to walk to dinner and nightlife, and as a stop on the way between the airport and Tulum. Many of our guests split their trip: a couple of nights in Playa, the rest in Tulum, with one plan and one contact for both.
Tell us your dates and group size and we build the plan: where to stay, which beach club for the day, which table for the night, and how everyone gets there and back.

Who plans your trip
We live here.
We’ve been in the Riviera Maya for more than 15 years: first in Playa del Carmen and on Cozumel, and for the last 6 as a concierge in Tulum.
When you plan with us, you get the people we work with every week: villa owners, chefs, captains, drivers and the teams at the clubs and restaurants. We only send you places we would send our own friends.

Playa del Carmen: questions we get
Should we stay in Playa del Carmen or Tulum?
Playa is better if you want to walk to restaurants and bars and be close to the airport. Tulum has the jungle villas, beach clubs and festivals. Many groups do both; we plan the whole trip either way.
How far is Playa del Carmen from Cancún airport?
About 50 minutes by car. We book a private transfer for your group.
Can you plan a day on Cozumel?
Yes, by ferry or by private boat, with snorkeling and a beach club on the island.
Does planning cost anything in Playa del Carmen?
No. Planning is free, just like in Tulum. Our partners pay us a commission.
Tell us your dates. We’ll plan the rest.
Who’s coming, when, and what you’re celebrating. For high season (December to March), start three to six months ahead.
