Bagatelle is the Tulum outpost of the Saint-Tropez group: a long dinner that turns into a party at the table, somewhere between a restaurant and a club. These clips are from guests’ evenings there — the caviar service, the table laid with pizza and carpaccio, bottles on ice.
We book the table, agree the menu and the timing beforehand, and arrange the ride home, so dinner can run as long as it wants to.
