Nomade is two places in one day. Until the afternoon it is a quiet hotel beach with a pool, palms and lunch under a palapa. After dark the sand turns into one of Tulum’s best-known parties, with the DJ booth built into the jungle and the crowd right down to the water.
Both halves need booking ahead: a bed or a table by day, and a table on the sand for the night. The night clips here are from New Year’s Eve, filmed from the front-row table we booked for a group of twelve — that one is the hardest ticket of the season and goes months in advance.
